1. Services Transparent Detailing provides professional mobile and drop-off automotive detailing services. All services are subject to vehicle condition, availability, weather, and scheduling.

2. Prices are starting estimates and may vary depending on the size, condition, and service requirements of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, stains, odors, biohazards, sap, overspray, or other conditions requiring additional labor.

3. Appointments & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations whenever possible.

4. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods offered at the time of service.

5. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service. Transparent Detailing LLC is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

6. Vehicle Condition Some stains, scratches, paint defects, odors, and other damage may be permanent and cannot be completely removed. We do not guarantee the removal of every defect.

7. Liability Transparent Detailing LLC is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided, except where prohibited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property All website content, logos, images, and branding are the property of Transparent Detailing LLC and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
